Responsibilities

Develop advanced simulation features for metal casting processes
Implement thermal, fluid flow, free-surface modeling, stress analysis, numerical schemes, and FEM capabilities
Maintain and debug existing codebases (C, C++)
Collaborate with technical support to resolve customer issues
Work with cross-functional teams including product management and validation
Contribute to continuous performance optimization and software robustness

Required

Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or allied engineering discipline with a focus on numerical simulation
Industrial experience developing FEM and FVM software
Strong expertise in fluid mechanics, FEM, numerical methods, and Thermal modeling
Proficient in C/C++ programming
Fluent in English

Preferred

Experience in High-Performance Computing (HPC)
Familiarity with MPI (Message Passing Interface)
Practical knowledge or exposure to metal casting processes
Familiarity with AI/ML especially as related to numerical simulations
Autonomous work style and strong team spirit are highly valued
