Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, specializing in Node.js
Balance 50% hands-on coding with 50% team leadership and project ownership
Guide the design and development of scalable, cloud-based distributed systems
Partner with product, design, and data teams to translate business goals into technical solutions
Drive agile development practices, encouraging collaboration and adaptability
Manage hiring and development of engineering talent, building a high-performing team
Champion operational excellence, ensuring reliability and scalability in production environments
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience managing software development teams
Strong hands-on skills in Node.js development
Experience with cloud architectures, deployment models, and distributed systems
Demonstrated success in project management and strategic execution
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring engineers
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
