Responsibilities

Oversee and enhance knowledge-sharing platforms to ensure information is accurate and accessible
Develop strategies to improve organizational knowledge-sharing initiatives
Regularly review and update cybersecurity procedures and policies in collaboration with subject matter experts
Automate and deliver timely executive reports, providing key insights and recommendations
Generate regular reports on organizational updates across projects, people, processes, and technology
Produce and distribute organizational newsletters, highlighting key updates and achievements
Develop communication strategies to engage employees at all levels
Design a comprehensive cybersecurity metrics program aligned with organizational goals
Develop dashboards and presentations to visualize performance data
Create compelling presentations using advanced storytelling techniques and data visualization tools

Required

5-8 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred
Extensive experience in content management, executive communication, and report writing
Advanced proficiency in data visualization and presentation tools, including SharePoint, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, and data modeling
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
Strong writing and editing skills for professional communications
Ability to distill complex information into C-suite-ready insights
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred

Background in operations, communications, project management, business analytics, or administrative support
Experience with automated or dynamic dashboards (Power BI is a plus)
Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
