Retirement Assistant
Gibson Dunn is a leading global law firm, advising clients on significant transactions and disputes. The Retirement Assistant will be primarily responsible for providing clerical and other support to the Benefits & Retirement Department.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Creating, monitoring and maintaining employee and partner files
Organizing and coordinating enrollment materials, responding to participant questions, and providing administrative and operational support for the group retirement plans
Maintaining desk procedures
Providing support for special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Highly organized to effectively plan, track, evaluate and follow-up on multiple priorities for multiple people
Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of urgency around customer service
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and efficient plan management
Ability to work overtime as necessary
College degree required
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel skills
Preferred
Some experience in Retirement or Human Resources department strongly preferred
Experience in retirement or financial analysis and administration
