Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver interoffice mail, USPS items, and Ground/Air packages throughout our multi-building, 55-acre complex (up to 50 lbs)
Receive, scan, and track all incoming packages and shipments using SendSuite software
Inspect materials upon arrival and complete required receiving documentation, including regular coordination with the Pilot Plant
Provide professional, customer-focused service and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal partners
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of experience in a customer service–oriented shipping and receiving environment
1+ years of experience operating material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
May be required to lift up to 50 lbs. Buddy lift techniques may be utilized
