Responsibilities

Develop and execute HR strategies that support the Olathe site and align with business goals
Develop a team of HR professionals within the central region
Drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives to support the growth and transformation of the sites
Lead talent management and succession planning efforts to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders
Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
Collaborate across the US HR region and with SBG HR to drive HR process excellence and seamless execution of key initiatives
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements

Required

At least 5 years of experience in HRBP or HRG roles
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred

Experience supporting functions
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Change management and talent management expertise
Proven track record of driving organizational effectiveness and talent development initiatives
