They are seeking a Paid Electrical Engineering Student Intern to perform basic engineering tasks, prepare documents, and collaborate with project teams.

Responsibilities

Perform basic electrical engineering assignments with oversight and direction from a staff mentor or professional engineer

Prepare and modify engineering documents with instruction by utilizing AutoCAD/REVIT

Collaborate with project team to solve technical and design problems in line with SMRT standards

Prepare presentations and design drawings

Participate in client meetings and site visits alongside project team members

Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure quality and consistency across civil and structural deliverables

Contribute to the intern project and team initiatives

Qualification

Electrical EngineeringAutoCADRevitAnalytical mindsetCommunication

Required

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science or Master in Electrical Engineering degree program

Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Strong communication skills

Preferred

Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) a plus
