Manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate teams (Marketing, Creative, Production, Buying, Merchandising, Operations, HR, Supply Chain, eComm, etc.)
Partner with business leaders to understand headcount priorities and role requirements
Build recruitment strategies that support ongoing and future hiring needs
Source, screen, and present qualified talent across corporate functions
Maintain talent pipelines and proactively identify strong candidates for upcoming roles
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years of corporate recruiting experience in fashion or retail
Proven success filling roles across creative, operations, merchandising, marketing, and product development teams
Ability to independently manage high-volume, fast-paced hiring cycles
Strong communication and candidate management skills
