Responsibilities
Develops, implements, and maintains strategic marketing plans based on research and established strategies
Collects, analyzes, prepares, summarizes, and disseminates data and trends relevant to ongoing or future marketing activities
Develops, implements, and disseminates marketing materials through various communication mediums utilizing appropriate technologies and techniques
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience in full-lifecycle campaign management, specifically focusing on marketing campaign and impact analysis
Experience with automation platforms such as Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent software to develop and implement marketing plans
Proven success in lead generation, demonstrating the ability to design and execute strategies that drive leads and revenue growth
Account management experience. Ability to develop partnerships with unit managers and understand their operations and financial status. Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing communications plans and evaluate their effectiveness
Knowledge of the principles and practices of marketing, market research, advertising, graphic design, website development, video & digital marketing and print production
Demonstrated track record in writing marketing copy and creating marketing materials
Skilled in using digital metrics and performance data to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI
Preferred
Previous experience supervising, mentoring junior staff members
Experience with analysis tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
Experience marketing in a higher education environment a plus
