Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple locations

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts to meet aggressive staffing goals

Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, community outreach, and recruitment campaigns

Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates quickly to support business needs

Provide data-driven insights and reporting on hiring metrics, funnel progress, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire

Coordinate and participate in high-volume hiring events, open houses, and job fairs as needed

Champion a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in full-cycle construction recruiting, with at least 2 years in high-volume (30-60 hires per month) recruitment

Proven track record of filling large volumes of roles under tight timelines

Expertise in sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment marketing

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Recruiting for Data Center cabling/network construction highly desired

Prefer knowledge of terminology such as Division 27, ITC, ISP, fiber, structured cabling, data center mission critical environments
