Responsibilities

Create and approve Assembly Process Instructions to meet validation / certification requirements for commercial and military Development Engines
Support the Assembly Floor by driving the implementation of Assembly Instructions and troubleshooting any issues that may be stopping the Engine from being built
Drive the development and implementation of new and robust processes needed to ensure production readiness
Consistently work to improve technical proficiency while mentoring peers to improve their own proficiency
Review Bill of Materials (BOM) to identify needed changes to engineering definition and/or work instructions
Participate in continuous improvement activities (QCPC, PITS, DIVEs, MES, etc.) intended to improve / simplify the assembly processes
Travel up to 10%

Required

Bachelor Degree in Engineering
5 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3 years of experience

Experience Reviewing & Approving Engineering Product Definition
Proficient in Teamcenter, NX, Solumina & SAP
Current security clearance
