Assist senior Broker Account Executives/Managers in managing medium to large books of business

Manage a subset of less complex clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored insurance solutions

Oversee key internal processes and activities to deliver seamless client-facing services

Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective strategies for client growth and retention

Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, insurance products, and client needs
