Quality Assurance & Training Supervisor/Manager
SwiftX Inc. is a U.S.-based last-mile delivery company dedicated to delivering excellence in logistics performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The Quality Assurance & Training Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring consistent performance across the SwiftX network.

Responsibilities
Design and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly training plans aligned with company goals and quality standards
Define training content, methods, and delivery formats (classroom, on-site, and virtual)
Coordinate and deliver onboarding training for new fleet partners and warehouse staff
Conduct quality-awareness and operational training for in-service employees and DSP partners
Track and document all training sessions, attendance, and outcomes
Maintain and update training archives and certification records
Develop and refine quality control procedures and performance assessment standards
Perform regular quality audits and inspections across departments and partner operations
Provide timely feedback and corrective recommendations for non-compliance or underperformance
Work with department leads to implement corrective and preventive actions
Monitor key quality metrics and identify areas for process enhancement
Prepare periodic reports on training effectiveness, audit results, and improvement initiatives
Support cross-functional initiatives to improve delivery accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, training, or operations within the logistics, transportation, or warehouse sector
Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and continuous improvement practices
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
Preferred
Experience with DSP operations or last-mile logistics
