Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Hiring Initiatives: Develop and implement workforce strategies aligned with organizational goals and future growth plans
Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with executives and hiring managers to forecast talent needs and build proactive pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee all phases of recruiting—job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations—while ensuring compliance with EEOC, OFCCP, ADA, and state/federal laws
Champion Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate interaction reflects our values and brand; coach hiring managers on bias-free selection and best practices
Employer Branding & Outreach: Partner with Marketing to amplify our employer brand across social media, job boards, and professional networks; represent the company at job fairs and industry events
Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyze hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, turnover trends) to continuously improve recruitment processes
Mentor & Lead: Manage and develop recruitment teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and related system platforms, particularly Breezy and LinkedIn
Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in professional services or consulting environments
Multi-state recruiting experience and familiarity with global talent markets
