Responsibilities

Expand the CFO Finance Transformation Advisory capability, developing strategic direction and holistic end-to-end solutions and service offerings that align with market trends and client needs and consider People, Process, Technology and Data needs

Build and maintain strong relationships with CFOs and other C-suite executives, acting as a trusted advisor to help them navigate complex financial, technology, and operational challenges and opportunities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry networks to grow the client base and drive revenue growth for the practice. Build relationships and referral networks internally and externally

Serve as a thought leader in finance and technology transformation, contributing to industry publications, speaking at conferences, and enhancing the firm’s market presence

Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning

Oversee project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations, managing resources effectively and ensuring profitability

Required

A minimum of 10+ years of experience in finance and technology leadership roles, with significant experience in an accounting or management consulting firm

Proven track record of leading and building a consulting practice or capability, with demonstrated success in business development and client engagement

Deep expertise in financial strategy, technology strategy, risk management, performance improvement, forecasting, accounting and finance transformation

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team

CFO advisory experience at or with high growth firms in the $50m-$250m revenue range

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

Advanced degree in accounting, finance, business administration, technology, engineering or related field
