$15/hr - $15/hrEast Carolina University is seeking a Social Media Assistant for their Office of Global Affairs. The role involves supporting International Enrollment and Engagement by creating content, managing social media channels, and assisting with communication and event coordination.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Education Abroad Coordinator and International Admissions Counselor to plan monthly content
Brainstorm topics, create visuals, write captions, and schedule posts for ECU Abroad and ECU Global social channels
Capture live content at events when needed
Support communication with prospective and incoming international students
Assist with event coordination and provide day-to-day support to OGA staff
Qualification
Preferred
Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented students
Friendly communicators who enjoy working with people
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Teams, Excel, Canva)
Students interested in global affairs, social media, and international education
