We’re looking to build out our roster of high-caliber Contract Managers for full time and part time roles

In particular, we’re seeking individuals with the following experience (some or all):

5+ years of legal experience in a commercial law firm or in-house, with a particular focus on procurement, sales support, commercial support, or general contracting

Experience as an in-house lawyer or contract manager at a SaaS/technology company

Experience in reviewing, drafting, consulting, advising on and negotiating commercial agreements, including software licensing, distribution, marketing and promotional arrangements

Expertise with CLM software systems including systems implementation, database management, auditing, review, and management

Experience drafting and improving templates, playbooks, and policies
