Responsibilities
PLC and CNC ladder troubleshooting, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair
Use of oscilloscope and data loggers for analysis of control signals
Furnace maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair
Maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of hydraulic systems
Reset, maintenance, and racking of last circuit breaker (250V DC, 4160V AC, 480V AC)
Troubleshooting of feeder circuits from last circuit breaker to equipment
Perform all lock-out/tag-our procedures as defined
Model and champion safety and compliance to all electrical codes
Qualification
Required
