Responsibilities
Architect and implement a robust sales and marketing strategy that drives business growth and aligns with the company’s strategic vision
Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team comprising 40 professionals, ensuring high performance, accountability, and alignment with corporate goals
Spearhead market expansion initiatives, including geographical spread and agent network enhancements, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Design and execute agent incentive programs that boost motivation and sales productivity, directly impacting revenue growth
Cultivate enduring relationships with key industry players, stakeholders, and internal teams to foster a collaborative environment conducive to innovation
Oversee the development and management of departmental budgets, ensuring fiscal discipline and ROI on marketing and sales initiatives
Act as a change agent within the organization, promoting a culture of agility and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required
A minimum of 12 years of strategic leadership experience within the insurance industry, with a demonstrated capability in both P&C and Life insurance sectors
A seasoned leader with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales and marketing goals
Exceptional ability to communicate vision, drive change, and inspire a large team
Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying market opportunities and transforming them into actionable strategies
Robust analytical skills, with the ability to oversee complex projects and multi-faceted strategies
Preferred
An MBA or relevant Master's degree is strongly preferred
Professional certifications such as CPCU, CLU, or CIC are advantageous
