Responsibilities

Own both feature capacity support, pre-sales project management and AI Infra support process for acquiring/growing our most strategic Cloud Native and AI Infra accounts in the region

Partner closely with business stakeholders to drive daily customer success, deliver value, and foster long-term growth

Lead cross-team collaborations on features and capacity planning that impact both product and business

Work with cross functional teams across large organizations, moving folks towards a unified goal and north star

Drive results, not just facilitate

Possess high judgement and are a 'roll your sleeve up' person with a bias for action

Possess strong ownership and a strong ability to collaborate
