Responsibilities
Handle a variety of litigation matters involving wrongful death, contract and business disputes, premises liability, personal injury claims, and more
Handle every aspect of your cases including legal strategy, research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, arguing motions in court, attending mediations, and trial
Work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations
Collaborate closely with experienced partners and team members
Qualification
Required
1 - 7+ years of experience in civil litigation in a law firm environment
Proficient in performing legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, propounding and responding to discovery, as well as interfacing directly with clients and opposing counsel
Exceptional communication and advocacy skills along with a client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes
Desire and/or ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Current admission to the Arizona State Bar is required
