Responsibilities
Strong Mulesoft technical knowledge - MCD certification preferred
Experience with Mulesoft connector for Salesforce and BigQuery will be desirable
Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog or Dynatrace
Problem solving - Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues, analytical thinking to identify root causes, resourcefulness in troubleshooting under pressure
Communication skills - Clear and concise communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, Ability to clearly convey information between onsite and offshore teams
Attention to detail - Careful monitoring of systems and logs, Thorough documentation of incidents and resolutions
Teamwork and Collaboration - Working effectively with development, QA, and platform support teams, Willingness to share knowledge and assist others
On-Call Readiness - Willingness to be on-call for after-hours support
Leadership - Guides and motivates offshore team members
Qualification
Required
