Responsibilities
Own the vision, strategy, design, and execution of the end-to-end Technical Sales Onboarding program, ensuring it effectively prepares Technical Sellers to perform in role
Establish strong, collaborative relationships with Sales Leadership, Product, Sales Operations, Human Resources, and Enablement to ensure the program aligns with business priorities and performance expectations
Oversee the development and delivery of the program curriculum, including self-paced training, hands-on workshops, technical training, and certification, working in collaboration with the curriculum development team
Manage program enrollment and orchestrate all program-related communications to participants, managers, stakeholders, and key contributors, ensuring clear and timely messaging throughout the program
Define and measure program reach, effectiveness, and impact to key business metrics; analyze performance data and regularly report to stakeholders
Facilitate live sessions and coach new hires through the onboarding experience
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of technical sales roles and the journey from hire to field readiness
Experience measuring program effectiveness and business impact
Experience working with Instructional Designers and Sales Enablement systems
Strong team-oriented leadership skills, with the ability to build rapport, collaborate, motivate, influence, and advise indirect staff
Preferred
PMP certification is a plus
