Responsibilities
Maintain packaging line efficiency according to set plans and address any deviations promptly
Support peers in achieving high safety, quality, and efficiency standards in the packing hall
Consolidate and verify quality-related shift documents for compliance
Uphold and fulfill cleaning regimes to ensure a safe working environment
Actively participate in processes that enhance business performance
Qualification
Required
Be 18 years of age or older
Have a High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
Must be willing and able to work and accept varying shifts and schedules
Ability to understand and effectively communicate in the English language
Demonstrated competency in computer and pc software including MC Office and email
Must have 3+ years of manufacturing experience
Leadership Skills: Lead by example in maintaining Mars Supply Excellence (MSE)
Multi-tasking Ability: Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Goal-oriented: Focus on achieving production objectives
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with packaging systems such as KSE, Courbon, Advance Engineering, and Newtec palletizer
