Responsibilities

Management Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive Divisional-level reports that provide visibility into the firm's commercial effectiveness. Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of data to support strategic decision-making

Procurement Efficiency Improvements: Identify opportunities for enhancing procurement processes and implement strategies that optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Spend Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of spending patterns to uncover insights and trends. Provide detailed spend analytics to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analytical activities. Develop and maintain databases and systems for effective data management

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with procurement teams, finance, and other stakeholders to align analytical efforts with business goals. Foster strong relationships and drive collaboration across the organization

Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of procurement activities. Monitor and report on these metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management with proven experience in procurement analytics, data analysis, and reporting, preferably in a corporate or investment banking environment

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

Preferred

Master's degree

Certification in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
