Territory Sales Manager – PNW-Portland
BrainWorks has partnered with a rapidly growing medical device manufacturer to build their sales presence in the Pacific Northwest. The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales professional responsible for developing relationships across various call points and executing sales plans in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
Work closely with Regional Director/VP of Sales to develop and execute a sales plan for penetrating the target market/assigned territory including identifying target customers, making cold calls and visiting prospects in strategic call points to demonstrate RxFunction products
Build strong customer relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, procedural observation, and problem resolution
Responsible for building and owning relationships with physical therapists, physicians, hospital purchasing or biomed departments, clinic owners, managers, and other staff involved in the sale within the Veterans Health Administration, rehabilitation centers, clinics and other treatment centers as identified
Communicate effectively cross-functionally with colleagues in sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure positive customer experiences
Provide training support as necessary for eligible patients in the territory
Qualification
Required
Hands-on sales professional
Experience in developing relationships across a variety of call points including VA, Neurology, Podiatry and PT/OT
Ability to develop and execute a sales plan for penetrating the target market/assigned territory
Experience in identifying target customers, making cold calls and visiting prospects
Ability to build strong customer relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, procedural observation, and problem resolution
Experience in building and owning relationships with physical therapists, physicians, hospital purchasing or biomed departments, clinic owners, managers, and other staff involved in the sale
Effective communication skills to work cross-functionally with colleagues in sales, marketing, and support teams
Ability to provide training support as necessary for eligible patients in the territory
