Senior Marketing Manager (Automotive)

They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development of integrated marketing programs, review performance data, and manage brand-level budgets while ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Responsibilities
Lead development of integrated marketing programs that translate brand strategy and goals into clear plans, KPIs, and guidance for supporting teams
Continuously review performance data (web, paid/owned/earned channels, sales, traffic) plus market and competitor insights to identify store-level needs and opportunities
Serve as liaison to OEMs and agencies, sharing timely updates on messaging, launches, events, and ensuring brand and compliance standards are met
Deeply understand target audiences and local market dynamics to shape segmentation, community partnerships, sponsorships, and event-based marketing
Own brand-level budgets, including co-op and local activation funds, while overseeing dealership website accuracy and competitiveness and supporting annual planning
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant marketing experience, including planning and executing multi-channel programs and managing budgets
Automotive retail industry experience is required (specifically supporting multiple dealership locations), with familiarity with dealership operations and OEM programs
Proven ability to assess marketing performance, identify differentiators, and translate insights into action
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics/GA4, plus comfort with project-management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and the Microsoft Suite
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and own results
