Responsibilities
Lead the platform engineering strategy to create shared services, integration frameworks, and common data models that power all products
Drive architecture transformation toward a cloud-native, scalable, and modular platform that supports faster delivery and innovation
Deliver core platform capabilities such as unified login, centralized administration, customer onboarding, shared APIs, data services, analytics, and AI enablement
Champion engineering maturity through automation, observability, DevOps best practices, and AI-SDLC based development
Partner with Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align technology investments with company objectives and customer outcomes
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering team with a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
Establish clear engineering standards and best practices across development, testing, deployment, and security disciplines
Collaborate across teams to accelerate delivery cycles and strengthen coordination between product and engineering functions
Oversee the implementation of measurable performance metrics that track engineering velocity, uptime, and quality improvements
Lead initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve system reliability while fostering a mindset of innovation and experimentation
Qualification
Required
10+ years of software engineering experience, including 7+ years in senior leadership positions
Proven success leading large-scale SaaS platform or enterprise technology organizations
Experience leading engineering teams in a Microsoft centered ecosystem (.NET, C#, SQL Server), or demonstrated ability to modernize and scale enterprise SaaS platforms built on similar technologies
Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), architecture, and DevOps best practices
Experience leading modernization and transformation initiatives within engineering organizations
Strong understanding of AI/ML, automation, and data-driven engineering processes
Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing teams across distributed environments
