INW: Innovations in Nutrition and Wellness is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to manage purchase orders and supplier communications. The role involves tracking orders, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with vendor onboarding to ensure smooth purchasing operations.

Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain purchase orders within the ERP system

Follow up with suppliers to confirm order receipt, ship dates, and delivery status

Track open orders and proactively communicate delays or issues to the team

Ensure all pricing, quantities, and lead times are accurately recorded

Collect and organize supplier documentation (COAs, specs, invoices, certifications, etc.)

Maintain accurate digital and physical records for audits and compliance

Assist with vendor onboarding by gathering required forms and documentation

Support data entry and system updates to keep purchasing information current

Flag any potential shortages to purchasing or planning teams

Required

Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities

Preferred

1+ year of administrative, purchasing, or supply chain experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply
