Responsibilities

You will supervise, plan, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical equipment (HT/LT panels, transformers, motors, VFDs, PLCs, SCADA)

You will ensure uninterrupted power supply to all plant equipment and utilities

You will troubleshoot electrical issues in real time to minimize downtime

You will lead electrical aspects of new equipment installations, upgrades, and infrastructure projects

You will coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to meet timelines and budgets

You will monitor and analyze energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives

You will manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians

You will maintain accurate documentation (SLDs, maintenance logs, SOPs, compliance reports)

You will prepare and present weekly and monthly energy reports

You will ensure legal compliance for all electrical systems

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, ideally in manufacturing or tire production

Technical expertise of HT/LT systems, drives, PLCs, SCADA, and industrial automation

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities

Effective communication and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and lead in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with automation systems and PLC programming (Rockwell Automation)

Hands-on experience with utilities such as HT power distribution, transformers, boilers, and compressors

Ability to lead complex projects and deliver results under pressure
