Help Desk Associate
Randstad Digital Americas is a rapidly growing organization looking for a highly motivated Help Desk Associate to join their IT support team. In this foundational role, you will provide essential first-level support to end-users while developing crucial troubleshooting, technical, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to end-user desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Prepare and deploy computing equipment to end-users and assist with tech refresh
Assist with password resets, account unlocks, and basic application support
Document all support interactions in the ticketing system accurately and promptly
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or system administrators as needed
Maintain knowledge of company IT policies and procedures
Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly manner
Requires occasional evening or weekend support
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in IT support, technical customer service, or a related field
Flexibility to provide occasional evening or weekend support as needed
An eagerness to learn, a strong customer-focused attitude, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes
Preferred
Active IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+
