Responsibilities

Communicate with staff and customers via telephone, email, and in-person interactions
Answer inquiries related to client reports, pricing, supply ordering, and laboratory services
Updating customer account database
Assist with monitoring accounts receivable/payable and maintain confidential records and files
Generating and distributing lab reports to clients
Other duties as required

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Previous experience in analytical chemistry laboratory operations is a plus
