Responsibilities

Creating engaging emails, eye-catching marketing materials, and helpful sales tools for producers

Supporting content strategy and the goals of the Private Client Services team through impactful design

Creating high-quality on-brand designed content for various platforms, including internal communications, client emails, marketing materials, and sales enablement tools

Writing and contributing to engaging short-form content such as emails and blog posts

Supporting long-form thought leadership pieces through design

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance

Proofing content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines

Assisting in the development of presentations and other materials to support sales initiatives

Providing marketing operations support to the team via project management and run-of-business tasks

Required

3-5 years of Graphic Design experience

Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the Adobe Suite of software

3+ years of experience in content creation, design, marketing, or communications, preferably within the insurance industry or consumer-facing company

Exceptional graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of best design practices for content and email marketing

Ability to offer marketing operations support to our team to further streamline processes and procedures and enhance our marketing operations

Proficiency in using content management systems, designing for email and social media platforms

Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated capabilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, Communications, English, or a related field

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Experience with wrike design software
