Inside Higher Ed is seeking a Part-Time Professional Administrative Coordinator for the School of Business. The role involves organizing and preparing presentations, managing program materials, and supporting academic initiatives and cultural events on campus.

Responsibilities

Works with Director to support and assist with various committees

Develops and initiates documents, brochures, pamphlets and materials for campus promotion and advertising of academic programs and other departments

Creates and updates content of websites, including text and images, collaborating with the campus departments

Serves as liaison between departments on campus and the college to communicate initiatives to the Media Department and other entities

Prepares comprehensive reports as needed and handles special research projects

Processes department documents or applications as needed

Coordinates and assists in development of academic and cultural activities / events and campus wide initiatives as designated by the Director

Performs other duties as assigned
