Responsibilities

Manage incoming inquiries from existing investors and investment consultants, coordinate timely and accurate responses across internal teams
Oversee the preparation and delivery of investor materials, including ad hoc requests, DDQs, investment summaries, tax documents, capital call and distribution notices and standard communications
Support team’s effort for semi-annual advisory board and annual limited partner meeting sessions
Anticipate the team’s needs and proactively identify solutions to streamline workflow
Provide back-up coverage for Investor Relations support staff as needed
Maintain working knowledge of Audax’ customer relationship management system (“CRM”) and investor portal to support ad hoc data requests
Create and maintain accurate investor records, including contact details, wiring instructions, and advisor information
Assist with onboarding and quarterly transfer processes in collaboration with internal and external legal teams, ensuring organized and complete documentation
Over time, collaborate with PE Analytics, Finance, and Business Solutions teams to develop analyses, enhance processes, and drive operational improvements

Required

Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of previous professional experience, preferably in finance or investor relations
Strong organizational skills, extremely detail oriented
Self-starter with the willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in an environment of tight deadlines and high-quality standards
MUST be team oriented and able to operate autonomously and collaboratively across the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional, proactive attitude
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Preferred

Knowledge of private equity, CRM databases (Dynamo, Salesforce) or alternative investment databases (Preqin, eVestment), is a plus
