You will keep production running smoothly and deliver top-quality products

You will lead and promote safety in every aspect of plant operations

You will drive OEE improvements and implement cost-saving projects using Focused Improvement (FI) methodology

You will coach and develop your team, building a culture of problem-solving and collaboration

You will ensure compliance with procedures, audits, and standard work practices

You will support training and development initiatives for your team

You will maintain and continuously improve Workplace Organization (WPO)

Required

Bachelor's degree or 3-year diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

At least 7+ years in manufacturing, preferably in the tire industry or related areas (component preparation, mixing, extrusion, calendaring, bead building)

Effective and efficient problem-solving and process knowledge

Ability to manage complexity and simplify processes

Customer-focused mindset with a drive for results

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead teams effectively

Proven track record of driving engagement and delivering measurable improvements
