Provides assistance to patients who call the department customer service line or have walk-in requests
Answers all questions and follows through on actions needed to resolve the call, including filing of claims
Qualification
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, health care business administration, or medical-related field
Minimum of two years of insurance/medical billing office experience
