Ryan Air, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to facilitate and maintain new technology within the Flight Operations and Maintenance departments. The role involves coordinating flights, assisting in training and software maintenance, and ensuring compliance with flight release parameters.

Responsibilities

Coordinate flights according to Company flight release parameters while facilitating new technology

Assist in training, service, maintenance of software either newly acquired or directed for use

Be a POC in software integration

Perform regular audits, run reports and data sweep to ensure Part 135 compliance

Review Company flight release parameters with pilot-in-command (PIC) and Operations Agent to ensure parameters are met

Assist in initiating, following or cancelling a flight for the Company in accordance with FAR PART 135.77 under the direction of the Director of Operations

Work with the Technical Records Clerk to obtain proper data for tracked maintenance items and fill in for the Technical Records Clerk when they are absent

Work with Operations to weave maintenance in with flight schedules

Expected to work in other areas when Operation Coordination duties are met

Required

Must be able to pass a ten-year security background check to obtain an airport SIDA badge

Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Must be able to pass a security background check

Must be able to pass a DOT/FAA drug test and subject to random testing

Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred

Maintenance Planning Or Scheduling Experience Preferred

Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate preferred
