Responsibilities

Candidate will interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes

Candidate will be intensely involved in business process consulting

Candidate will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution

Candidate will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape

Able to understand the implications of change done to metadata and do the impact analysis

Able to take steps to improve performance

Able to validate data at detailed level, analyze and reconcile the data

Required

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson TX or be willing to relocate to the area

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

Expertise in gathering and analyzing requirements

Experience in implementing at least 2 E2E Projects of ARCS covering designing, creating Solutions, testing, configuration & data integration

Configuration of various attributes in ARCS: Segment, Process, Risk Rating, Frequency, Account Type, Aging Profiles

Experience in working on Account Reconciliations formats and profiles

Sound knowledge on both transaction matching and reconciliation compliance

Sound knowledge in EPM Data Integration/Data Management in creating Integrations, locations etc

Sound knowledge on automation for the data load, backup etc using both REST API and EPM, Automate (batch scripting in windows)

Ability to understand the data flow in data warehouse and design the solution based on the business requirements
