Responsibilities

Perform compressor testing activities, including installation/removal, equipment setup, and executing tests according to formal Test Request Forms (TRFs)
Maintain accurate test logs and organize test data to support engineering analysis and project documentation
Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment uptime and reliability
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, supporting installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed
Coordinate work with contractors, ensure safety compliance, and maintain a clean, safe, well-organized lab environment

Required

Experience in industrial maintenance (5+ years) with strong ability to troubleshoot and work hands-on with mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics, with fundamental computer knowledge (Windows/MS Office)
Comfort working independently and taking ownership of assigned equipment and tasks
Flexibility to work the 2nd shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM) and support alternative shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed
A motivated, safety-minded team member with a willingness to learn

Copper pipe soldering skills
EPA608 certification
Refrigeration knowledge
