Responsibilities
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for water/wastewater projects
Support senior engineers in preparing technical reports, contract documents, and cost estimates
Perform calculations and design tasks using industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices for environmental sustainability
Join field assignments with senior staff to gain hands-on experience in assessment, planning, and rehabilitation of water/wastewater systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or related discipline required
No experience required; however prior internships and/or relevant coursework are preferred
Strong theoretical foundation and familiarity with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team
Preferred
Participation in professional engineering society/organization preferred
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification a plus
