Responsibilities
Prepare various land surveys, focusing on construction layout and as-builts, as well as ALTA, boundary, and topographic
Oversee and manage survey projects from setup through completion
Manage and mentor field crews
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Bid new projects and create/write proposals
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7 years of land surveying experience
Professional licensure in South Carolina is required
Strong leadership and team management skills
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with experience in construction calculations, boundary, and topographic surveys preferred
FAA Part 107 License preferred
Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
