Responsibilities

Develop Testing Frameworks: Designs and implements comprehensive testing methodologies to assess product performance and reliability

Lead Testing Projects: Manages and coordinates testing initiatives, collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure timely execution

Analyze Technical Problems: Evaluates complex issues by integrating multiple data sources to identify root causes and devise effective solutions

Mentor Engineering Team: Provides guidance and support to junior engineers, promoting best practices in testing and quality assurance

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Works with internal and external partners to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives

Required

4year Bachelors BS OR 10+ years equivalent experience

Experience in aerospace or similar lab testing, including environmental, structural, HALT/HASS, or vibration testing

Proficiency in data acquisition, control systems, and HMI programming (e.g., LabVIEW, Veristand, MTS, GAP)

Background in automated test controls, mechanical test system design, and mechanical vibration theory/testing (electrodynamic shakers preferred)

Knowledge of electrical wiring, circuit schematic design, and hydraulics or fluid power systems

Hands-on expertise with vibration testing and test system optimization
