Responsibilities

Work with Lead Tellers on scheduling, supervising, training, and developing staff

Interviewing, hiring, developing and retaining staff as well as conducting performance reviews and providing development paths

Ensure completion of required audits and compliance training for each team member

Responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and approving weekly time sheets for accuracy

Work with teller team members to ensure excellent client service is provided to each and every client, which includes having a strong knowledge of Alerus products and services, teller transaction and operations processing
