Marketing Technology Coordinator

Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination: Partner with the Business Development and Marketing Communications teams to manage e-marketing campaigns from concept through to data analysis, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes
Experience Management: Conduct research on matters and clients to enhance the firm’s experience management system. Responsibilities include drafting narratives, assigning industry categories, uploading logos, and updating client descriptions
Data Integrity Management: Oversee data integrity projects including cleansing and merging duplicate contacts. Advocate and implement CRM best practices to enhance database quality and usability
Content Management: Regularly update the firm's website and other digital platforms; add new content, perform content audits, fix broken links, correct typos, and refresh outdated information
Website Optimization: Assist in various website projects, including content updates, redesigns, and SEO audits, to enhance user experience and search engine rankings
Lead Analysis: Monitor and analyze new business leads across digital channels such as websites, emails, and social media, translating data into actionable insights for business development
Technical Support: Provide ongoing support to the marketing, business development, and secretarial teams by resolving any issues related to the marketing technology stack
System Integration Monitoring: Ensure reliable data integration across various systems and support the implementation of new software solutions within the marketing department
Additional Responsibilities: Take on other tasks and projects as needed to support the firm’s marketing and business development objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree
3+ years in digital marketing
Proficiency in CRM (Dynamics 365 preferred)
Proficiency in CMS (Sitecore preferred)
Proficiency in experience management (Foundation preferred)
Proficiency in email marketing software (Concep preferred)
Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics preferred)
Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet firm objectives and project deadlines
