Responsibilities
Prepare commercial/ag documents in loan documentation system as requested by lender
Provide accurate and organized closing and/or other documents to the lender using the preferred delivery method
Prepare government monitoring information accurately and timely for internal reporting
Administer various lending software programs, as assigned
Provide lending software and website application support to lenders
Maintain and submit accurate and timely reports to various internal and external recipients
Qualification
Required
Able to multi-task and prioritize in a limited amount of time
Excellent organization and communication skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with banking background
Team player
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Knowledge of various software programs used for closing
Previous experience in a similar role or loan administrative role is preferred, but not required
