Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain comprehensive financial models that evaluate GTM strategy and enable data-driven decision making
Develop comprehensive revenue forecasts that inform our global B2B strategy and identify key growth opportunities
Partner with B2B stakeholders to analyze and influence enterprise deal structures, drafting written deal financial summaries for Leo's leadership
Develop and implement scalable reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into key performance indicators for executive leadership
Proactively identify opportunities to improve financial processes, enhance data quality, and increase operational efficiency across the Leo B2B organization
Analyze potential sales initiatives and evaluate market opportunities to support strategic planning and resource allocation decisions

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or equivalent, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience
3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis
3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
3+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Preferred

4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
MBA, or CPA
Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
