Responsibilities

Grow and help to maintain a fresh pipeline of emerging private equity sponsors

Underwrite private equity sponsors, both in a funded and independent sponsor construct

Underwrite co-investment opportunities alongside GEM sponsors

Expand GEM's reputation as a leading LP within the broader small buyout ecosystem

Contribute to identifying and underwriting secondary investment opportunities

Train and mentor junior investment professionals

Qualification

Private equity experienceInvestment banking experienceInstitutional investing experienceCFA certificationOrganizedCuriosityHumilityEnthusiasmTeam-orientedSelf-motivatedIntegrity

Required

Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance

4+ years of relevant experience working in private equity, investment banking, or institutional investing with a track record of successful performance
