Responsibilities

Assist in Recruitment Processes: Help post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules

Support Onboarding: Aid in preparing new hire documentation and facilitate orientation sessions

Conduct Research: Gather and analyze data on industry trends, compensation, and employee satisfaction

Handle Administrative Tasks: Manage HR records, update employee databases, and assist with internal communications

Participate in HR Projects: Contribute to initiatives such as employee engagement programs and policy updates

Provide General Support: Offer assistance to HR team members with day-to-day operations and special tasks as needed

Required

Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Organizational Behavior

Desire to work in a technically complex and fast-moving environment

Candidates must be enrolled in a degree program to be considered

Must be a 'U.S. person' as defined by U.S. export regulations
