Responsibilities

Designs, development and evaluation of training programs and learning solutions using the instructional systems design
Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop effective self-paced, and instructor-led programs for both virtual and in-person formats, to included blended learning programs
Provides recommendations which improve the quality, viability, and impact of programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and measurable outcomes

This position may require occasional travel away from your normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft
This position requires you to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
This position may require you to work other than normal hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays and/or overtime
This position will have a requirement to sign a Classified Information Non-Disclosure Agreement, Standard Form 312
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates your ability to provide recommendations which improve the quality, viability, and impact of programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and measurable outcomes
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates your ability to identify performance gaps and root causes of those gaps, to include individual and environmental barriers using applied performance frameworks
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates your ability to analyze results and prepare findings which guide leadership in selecting interventions beyond training, including policy, process, and organizational changes
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates your ability to facilitate focus groups, stakeholder meetings, and collaborative workshops to collect input and build consensus around proposed solutions
